1. What is CaseRatio Offline (CROff)
1.1. CROff is an application designed to capture data in a structured format relating to attendance at police station and court attendances. It is provided free of charge to those who register to use the application via the Registration page at www.crimediary.co.uk
1.2. The purpose of the registration process is only to capture sufficient information to enable you to log into the CROff application and to enable you, if you want, to automate the production of invoices through CROff.
1.3 CROff is not supplied as a commercial application. We can provide very limited support in the set up and use of CROff, but if we are unable to resolve any issues that you have in downloading and using the application with minimal support, then we may ask you to make a small payment in order to cover the time being spent on such issues.
2. How does it work?
2.1. If your registration is accepted you will be provided with a login to CROff. You will need to download the application itself by searching for the application on the Microsoft Store, the App Store or the Google Play Store.
2.2 More details as to how the application works and the functionality of the CROff application can be found at https://www.tuckerssolicitors.com/case-ratio-links/ This page will be updated from time to time with additional information about the latest versions of CROff
2.3 The output from the CROff application is a pdf that is created, opened and then you can save onto your device, to enable you to send it to your instructing solicitor. If you do not save the pdf correctly, there is nothing that we can do to recreate the pdf – and the entries you will have made in the database will no longer be there. Please be aware of this and take care that you save your work once the pdf is created from the application.
3. The only thing we expect of you!
3.1 Please respect the intellectual property in this application and in the database which supports it. The application is provided free of charge – and the intellectual property in the application, including the name and logo of Case Ratio belongs to Tuckers Solicitors LLP
